If a client needs to cancel an appointment then we will require 48 hours' notice. If notice is given under this time frame then we will retain 50% of the service charge. Appointments will be rescheduled for clients who give more than 48 hours notice.
In the event of a session being cancelled way in advance of the booking date then there will be a flat £50 retainer fee for business refund transaction fees.
Additional travel fares apply if you are based 20 miles away from Hornchurch, Essex.
Online Styling Service
All the style ideas suggested to the clients are based on the information that has been provided by the client in their questionnaire. If a client does not like the ideas suggested in the style report then this will be discussed by the company and client on if appropriate suggestions can be made.
At the time of creating your bespoke style report, the stylist will select items that are fully in stock. It is up to the client to purchase items within the first 7 days of receiving their style edit. This is to avoid any disappointment.
The stylist will help the client rediscover their style by selecting items that the client would not normally wear or visualize on themselves. All the items selected are carefully chosen based on the client's likes and information provided in their style questionnaire.
After Service Support
After your style session is complete the personal stylist is happy to offer further support to clients within a two-week time period where you can WhatsApp, email or call the stylist for any style questions.
