Cancellation
A minimum of 45 days notice of an appointment cancellation is required. If less than 14 days is given then 100% of the total service fee will be retained by company: The Fashion Style File.
If more than 45 days notice is given then your full fee will be refunded. However, an admin fee of £75.00 will be deducted.
If less than 45 days notice is given then 50% off your total fee is non refundable.
If you Cancel or Reschedule a session multiple times then the above does not apply and you will lose all monies paid
All Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of booking. After this period all monies will be retained.

Additional travel fares apply if you are based 20 miles away from Hornchurch, Essex.
Online Styling Service
All the style ideas suggested to the clients are based on the information that has been provided by the client in their questionnaire. If a client does not like the ideas suggested in the style report then this will be discussed by the company and client on if appropriate suggestions can be made.
At the time of creating your bespoke style report, the stylist will select items that are fully in stock. It is up to the client to purchase items within the first 7 days of receiving their style edit. This is to avoid any disappointment.
All the items selected by your personal stylist are carefully chosen based on the client's likes and from the information provided in their style questionnaire. The stylist may also select a few items that maybe out of the clients comfort zone. This is a positive experience in many cases as the client maybe inspired to try something new.
After Service Support
After your style session is complete the personal stylist is happy to offer further support to clients within a two-week time period where you can WhatsApp, email or call the stylist for any style questions.
